Letter from Guy Felton to Washoe District Judge

The Los Angeles Times has exposed abominations in the character of Nevada's legal system. What have you personally done to cause an overhaul of said system in order to serve and protect justice for the people of Nevada? If you have done nothing, why should citizens have any trust and respect for you? If you have done nothing, are you not a despicable part of the problem?
Washoe citizen Mike Weston was fined $300 in Judge Fidel Salcedo's court for allegedly obstructing and delaying Highway Patrol Officer Edward Bowers. Salcedo ignored a critical element in the law (due warning) . A time stamp on Bowers' video tape had been altered. The video tape documents that Weston was fully cooperative with Bowers. Bowers committed perjury while testifying in court. Weston was not permitted to review Bowers' video before his (Weston's) day in court. Weston was not permitted to procure a copy of the video tape until after his appeal time had expired. Do you agree that this type of travesty totally prostitutes and invalidates ALL court proceedings in Washoe County? Does a huge, red flag not fly over the courthouse? Why are you and other local judges not yelling and screaming about the Weston miscarriage? Why is Nevada's judicial community not self-policing? Why do Nevada's judges not give a damn about truth and justice?
Are you a counterfeit public official? Are you an impostor? Are you wielding delegated public powers without any justified right to do so? Can you prove that you were elected honestly? If so, please explain in detail. Can you document each vote you received with an individual paper ballot ~ or can you only produce little rolls of toilet paper that were printed by a computer? A computer whose programming might have been prostituted with directions to not report honest numbers for individual candidates?
Why are you not a champion of open and transparent elections?
Why do you see machines as superior to paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted at precinct level? What faults do you see in Canada's paper ballot voting system?
Why do you support the use of voting machines in Nevada which count votes in secret in a manner that can not be monitored by the sovereign people?
Why do you support the use of Sequoia voting machines in Nevada which have been reviewed by world-class computer security experts and found to be highly susceptible to tampering for the purpose of throwing elections?
Why did California decertify its Sequoia voting machines in 2007? Under what strict rules and monitoring are how few Sequoia voting machines still permitted to be employed in California?
What other states have decertified Sequoia and other electronic voting machines for what reasons?
Why do the Nevada Attorney General, members of the Nevada Legislature, and members of the Washoe County Commission refuse to discuss the character and potential for evil posed by Sequoia voting machines? Why do they obviously fear public understanding of said machines?
Do you agree that Dean Heller, who made the buy decision for Sequoia voting machines while Nevada Secretary of State, should volunteer to undergo a polygraph examination to answer this question: Did you, Dean Heller, intentionally purchase Sequoia voting machines for the conscious purpose of throwing elections?
Do you agree that Larry Lomax, Registrar of Voters in Clark County, and Dan Burk, Registrar of Voters in Washoe County, should each volunteer to undergo a polygraph examination regarding their knowledge of how to manipulate Sequoia voting machines for the purpose of throwing elections?
Do you personally know Howard Cramer, Sequoia's marketing chief? Have you Googled him to become informed as to the character of the man who peddles instruments capable of destroying democracy?
Are you a world-class expert in the field of computer security? Are you personally qualified to challenge and disprove findings of those persons who conducted California's 2007 review of Sequoia voting machines?
Regarding the values and integrity of current political candidates in Washoe County, do you agree that Bob Larkin, Brent Adams, Bob Perry, and others should be held fully accountable for their violations of state and federal campaign sign trailer regulations? If not, why not?
When you were campaigning for office, did you use trailers for the transport and display of campaign signs? If so, were your trailers all in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations? If not, why not?
If certain laws can be ignored because they are not significant, exactly what are those laws? All of them. Are law enforcement officials told, directly or indirectly, to ignore violations of trailer regulations when those trailers have to do with "important" persons?
Have any average citizens been fined and/or jailed for violating state and federal regulations regarding trailers in the past 5 years?
Why do you choose to be less than the sovereign people have a right to expect you to be? Why do you choose to not champion decent, respectable, American government?
Former Senator Zell Miller of Georgia once commented: "I wish we lived in the day when you could challenge another person to a duel." Do you agree that legalizing personal duels once again would result in the removal of many corrupt persons from positions of public trust?
