These signs are mounted on State of Nevada wire fencing in violation of law.
Perry and Larkin are incumbents who should know how the sign game is played.
Larkin commonly ignores laws and court rulings that he doesn't like.
Example: He likes to make controversial decisions in violation of the open meeting law.
Should persons who ignore the law be entrusted with delegated public powers?
Should persons who think they are above the law be elected to important positions?
Should any person who is an "outlaw" be allowed to judge or "rule" other people?
Should any person who suffers from "arrogancia dementia" be a public official?
