Greetings:
Although I am guilty of the traffic violation with which I am charged, I challenge the legitimacy of the Reno Municipal Court. Let it be understood that the involved police officer was in the right in issuing subject citation. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. His conduct was exemplary.
I would pay the involved fine of $115 if the Reno Municipal Court could prove that its judges were duly elected in a legitimate manner.
Current Reno Municipal Court judges were announced as winners following fraudulent elections which incorporated the use of Sequoia voting machines that have been examined by world-class computer security experts and found to be highly susceptible to vote tampering and manipulation. I refer to California's 2007 "top-to-bottom" review of Sequoia voting machines and other electronic voting machines marketed by companies other than Sequoia Voting Systems. Said review was conducted by order of Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State. California's Sequoia voting machines IDENTICAL TO THOSE NOW EMPLOYED IN ALL NEVADA COUNTIES have been decertified in California.
I ask these questions of each Reno Municipal Court judge:Why do you not demand open and transparent elections in Nevada?
Why do you not demand honest and accurate elections in Nevada?
Why do you support the counting of votes in a secret manner that can not be visually monitored at close distance by concerned citizens?
Why do you support the use of voting machines which "were designed to throw elections" according to some computer security experts?
Are you qualified by training and experience to challenge announced results issuing from California's 2007 review of electronic voting machines?
Are you a conscious participant in a statewide conspiracy to throw elections?
Do you agree that attempting to throw any election should be treated as a capital crime?
Why are you not calling for Nevada's voting machines to be trashed?
Do you agree that it is just plain wrong for any state to employ voting machines which raise any doubts as to their integrity?
Do you agree that any person entrusted with the delegated powers of a judge should be a true "pillar of society"?
When you look in a mirror, do you see a person of sterling integrity?In the instance that you overreact and order my arrest using lethal force at my place of residence, be aware that innocent persons also live in my residence; they could be killed by police gunfire. The killing of John Paiva Junior in his residence by Reno police officers stands as proof that Reno police officers are capable of riddling a citizen's residence with gunfire without first determining how many innocent persons are present in the targeted citizen's residence. The loss of key evidence in the Paiva killing further demonstrates that the Reno Police Department is capable of extreme evidence tampering in order to cover its corrupt buttocks.
As regards the integrity ~ or lack of same ~ of local elected judges, any court proceedings involving myself will include my request/demand that the case of Michael Weston be introduced and discussed. When Mr. Weston appeared before Fidel Salcedo for a fraudulent charge of obstructing and delaying Nevada Highway Patrolman Edward Bowers, Salcedo totally ignored a key part of the involved law which mandates a warning be given prior to the issuing of an obstruct and delay citation. Weston was never given a warning; a video tape documents that he did nothing to obstruct or delay Bowers. Further, Weston was victimized by evidence tampering and by perjury on the part of Bowers.* Salcedo found Weston guilty and fined him $300. It is reasonable to assume that Salcedo's conduct was representative of common corruption in local courts.
I would also like to discuss the ramifications of court decisions made by illegitimate judges. If a judge who has not been legitimately elected (or appointed) sentences any person to jail or prison, does this not amount to kidnapping? Is kidnapping a capital crime?
Further, I would like to discuss articles published by the Los Angeles Times which exposed the "good old boy" nature of the judicial system in Nevada. Has anything been done by any public official(s) in Nevada to deal with facts presented by said newspaper? If not, why not?

* Note that Reno FBI agents Steven Martinez and Michael West, when asked to investigate judicial fraud, evidence tampering, and perjury committed against Weston, painted said crimes as "civil" concerns. Not criminal concerns. Think you can trust and respect the FBI? Think again. The FBI is a part of the problem with run-amok government, not a part of the solution.
