lGovernment of the people, by the people, and for the people (democracy) is a great idea. We really should try it sometime.

Step one would be to make damn sure our elections are honest and accurate. This is not what we have now! Voting machines used in all of Nevada's counties can be easily rigged to throw elections

There are no fail-safe checks and balances in place in Nevada to prevent machine voting fraud by dishonest registrars of voters and other poll workers. Elections should be open and transparent. Machines are not open and transparent; they count (and manipulate) votes in secret away from eyeball monitoring by concerned citizens. This is absurd.

Centuries of human experience demonstrate that ruthless persons will lie, cheat, steal, and even kill in order to gain political power.

Voting must be carefully structured to prevent tampering. Hand-marked and hand-counted paper ballots can be easily monitored by concerned citizens. Paper votes are seeable, not electronic blips inside a black box ~ blips which can be juggled by corrupt computer programs. Canada uses paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted at precinct level in its federal elections.

Without honest and accurate elections, democracy does not and can not exist.

Any person who attempts to throw any election should be tried for treason and, if found guilty, executed. Vote tampering is an obvious means to violate the will of the people and overthrow legitimate government.

Machines identical to ours, made by Sequoia Voting Systems, have been decertified in California. Why? Because a 2007 review by University of California experts proved these machines are highly susceptible to tampering. Some experts have even said, "These machines must have been designed to throw elections!"

Dean Heller, when he was Nevada Secretary of State, made the decision to buy our Sequoia machines. Heller should volunteer to take a polygraph test to prove that he did not (a) buy dirty machines on purpose with intent to throw elections, and/or (b) accept a bribe to buy them.

Politicians in Nevada are refusing to discuss the state's dirty machines. This site's publisher mailed letters to each member of the Nevada Legislature; Nevada's attorney general, Catherine Cortez Masto; and various judges in Washoe County asking them for comments on the subject machines. Silence!

During the 2007 legislative session, two experts on voting machine integrity gave testimony to a Senate committee to the effect that said machines are easy to rig to throw elections. The committee ignored this testimony! Present were Senator Bernice Mathews, Senator Bob Beers, and others. Senator Raggio walked out of the meeting just before the experts gave their abbreviated presentations. This website's publisher was there as a witness.

The committee chair, Barbara Cegavske, tried to limit the experts to two minutes of speaking time each. One expert, Mr. Ron Watt, had driven for several hours from his home in California to attend the meeting. And get this: the experts had been scheduled for early-on in the meeting's agenda, but Cegavske juggled their item to last place so she could announce, in effect, "We have run out of time, so our last speakers will be given the bum's rush." Fair to observe, there is a wide-scope conspiracy in Nevada's political community to continue using dirty voting machines!

A letter of concern sent to FBI Director Robert Mueller was ignored. No reply! Fair to observe, the FBI should be abolished and replaced with a national police force fully committed to integrity. The FBI is a rogue agency. From its top down. No person ever employed by the FBI should be hired by the new federal police agency. Not even Mulder and Scully.
